Selected Scenshuz products are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production commences after full or part payment has been successfully received and verified. As each item is specifically prepared for an individual order, customers are encouraged to review all product details carefully — including size, colour, and design specifications — before completing their purchase. Once production has begun, changes to the order may not be possible. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted at the time of ordering is accurate and complete. Scenshuz will not be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect details provided by the customer. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the complexity of the order, material availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to keep you informed of any significant delays. As made-to-order items are crafted specifically for you, they are not eligible for standard exchanges or refunds unless the item received contains a manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed order specifications.
